Expensia is an Expense Request System to enable employees easily request expenses and employers to effectively and efficiently track work-related expenses incurred by employees.
The Expense Request System is a request and approval tool that enables employees to easily request for expenses, managers to seemlessly review and approve requests, and employers to efficiently track expense requests by employees. It can feed data to accounting and finance through Microsoft Excel exports or CSV file formats.
With ERS tool organizations can set expense limits for employees, send alert to employees and their managers when an employee's spending is approaching a set threshold, e.g. 75% of total allocation.
The ERS has inbuilt request and approval workflows, reports, and analytics capabilities. It is a user friendly and portable request and approval tool that runs on any computer device, including smartphones and tablets.
