OBOBE™ features a powerful workflow that enables an organization's HR to communicate and collaborate with new hires, acquire documents and artifacts from new hires, track the onboarding process stages, review documents, promote to secondary reviewers, and approvers, if applicable. The workflow is highly configurable to suit an organization's onboarding and offboarding process and unique needs.
New hires can securely upload onboarding documents and artifacts directly to the system and reminded with alerts when it appears they might be falling behind on the target due dates. The organization's onboarding teams can receive instant notifications for uploaded documents and can request for additional information from a new hire being onboarded and third parties participating in the onboarding process, e.g., background checks, drug tests, etc. Internal teams, including IT, HR, facility, etc. can easily collaborate to ensure nothing is overlooked.
The pricing model is PUPM (Per User Per Month) subscription, with flexible and affordable plans, plus discounts to significantly reduce cost.
