The Employee Performance Management System is a tool to enable employees and employers to easily set goals and track employees' performance on those goals.
The tool has inbuilt goal review and approval workflows, reports, and analytics capabilities. It also enables managers and supervisors to review and to provide feedback and feedforward on performance, effectively and efficiently tracking progress. The Employee Performance Goals is a module in the Amarac BPA (Business Process Accelerator) platform — a suite of business process improvement tools, with a Backoffice built on the Microsoft PowerApps Platform and a responsive web portal built on the Microsoft .NET platform.
The pricing model is PUPM (Per User Per Month) subscription, with flexible and affordable plans, plus discounts to significant reduce cost.
